Marketing Specialist II

Responsibilities: The Marketing Specialist II will lead the development, coordination and execution of comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns with strategic oversight and creative ownership. This role expands beyond tactical execution to include campaign strategy development, cross-functional collaboration with marketing and relationship building with other business unit leadership.
This position requires advanced analytical capabilities to partner with the Digital Engagement & Research teams to interpret campaign performance data, identify market trends and recommend strategic improvements. The Marketing Specialist II will manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines. They will serve as the primary point of contact for selecting marketing products and have decision-making authority for campaign modifications within established parameters.
Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, this role includes some budget oversight responsibilities for assigned campaigns and projects, requiring cost-benefit analysis and ROI optimization. The Marketing Specialist II will also contribute to the development of marketing policies and procedures, bringing practical experience to strategic planning discussions.
This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our Headquarters (in Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. This position may require in-person training.

• Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment

This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.
