Senior Data & Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Data Insight & Reporting Analyst to support the delivery of data-driven insights and reporting solutions that enable operational decision-making. This role plays a key part in transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting performance management, and ensuring the integrity of enterprise reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Translate business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations

Support operational performance monitoring through ongoing analysis

Reporting & Dashboard Development

Design, develop, and maintain operational reports and dashboards

Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, accurate, and aligned with business needs

Enhance existing reporting to improve usability and efficiency

Build and maintain visualizations using Tableau

Data Quality & Governance

Validate data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs

Partner with data governance teams to uphold data standards and best practices

Identify and resolve data discrepancies or gaps

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting needs

Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Support cross-functional initiatives through analytical expertise

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data utilization

Contribute to automation and optimization of reporting workflows

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or related field

3–6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence

Strong experience with SQL and data querying

Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel)

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience in healthcare or payer operations

Familiarity with data governance concepts and controls

Experience working with large-scale operational datasets
