Assistant to join our energetic team!
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person supporting our CEO.
In this role – you will be:
· The go-to person supporting our CEO — respond to emails and calls with warmth and professionalism
· Coordinate conference calls, webinars, and live events
· Maintain and organize member databases and reports
· Assist with data entry and scheduling calls
· Prepare materials, presentations, and communications for our coaching programs

· Have excellent communication and organizational skills
· Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software (CRM systems, Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.)
· Thrive in a team-oriented environment
· Can multi-task and manage time with attention to detail
