Student Aide - Earn $17.50 Per Hour - Part Time - Downingtown, PA

Candidates must live no more than 30 minutes from Downingtown, PA Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required Compensation: Student Aide Starting at $17.50/hour (based on experience) Expected Hours: 25–27.5 hours per week Perks of the Position: Employer-sponsored healthcare available 401(k) with company match Bonus opportunities Bring your child or grandchild on the bus Consistent part-time schedule Morning and afternoon shift availability Year-round employment opportunities, including summer months Opportunity to make a positive impact in your community Schedule: Morning Shift Most routes start between 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM Most routes conclude between 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM Midday Break (Unpaid / Off the Clock) Enjoy several hours free during the day while students are in school Afternoon Shift Most routes start between 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM Routes typically conclude by 5:00 PM Experience & Qualifications: Local candidates preferred — must reside within 20 minutes of Downingtown, PA No experience necessary Must be at least 18 years old Must be proficient in English and able to read and speak English fluently Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license or Pennsylvania state ID Must have a clean driving record (if applicable) Experience working with children preferred, but not required Must be able to pass a drug screen Clean criminal background required
