We are looking for a talented SERVICE TECHNICIAN to provide high quality general property and equipment maintenance and service who is looking to join a growing team focused on our current and new Class A Luxury apartment communities in Central PA.

The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of general property and equipment maintenance and servicing who has demonstrated success in providing high quality service in general servicing or minor repairs to mechanical and minor electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, appliances, equipment, and to drywall and other cosmetic repairs.

To be considered for the role, you will need to be a strong competitor who produces results and who possess the ability to set priorities, use time wisely, solve problems, speak clearly, write effectively. You will also need to demonstrate examples of your commitment to self-improvement and best results to the highest standards and without error.

This is an early or mid-career role where you can learn on the job.

Key job Activities:
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for working with your team to make our residents feel special by keeping our promise to complete the required services in a timely and safe manner according to the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will be:

• Executing maintenance requests.
• Creating and completing work orders on the appropriate programs.
• Assist with move in and move out activities for Residents.
• Maintaining the highest standards for the appearance of the properties.
