Tax Senior Manager
EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by a top 50 CPA firm in search of a Tax Senior Manager in Crawford County, PA. They're seeking a highly experienced tax professional with the leadership potential to become a Partner within two years. This role involves managing complex tax engagements, mentoring teams, and driving client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting for individuals and businesses
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely, proactive service
- Supervise and mentor associates and senior associates
- Collaborate with firm leadership on client and business development
- Stay current on tax legislation and advise clients accordingly
- Represent the firm at networking events and in the business community
- Uphold firm culture, values, and service excellence
Qualifications
- CPA or JD required
- 8+ years in public accounting
- Strong expertise in income tax provisions and flow-through entities
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Leadership mindset with business development capabilities
