We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee our hotel engineering/maintenance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintain the condition of the building and all guestrooms within the hotel, and implementation of various engineering projects, ensuring that all activities align with the company's goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies and solutions that align with organizational objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and overall project delivery to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive project success and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and methodologies to enhance engineering processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- 5 years of Hotel Experience or a related field.
- Proven experience in an engineering role, with significant leadership and project management responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in engineering principles and practices, with a deep understanding of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
