Risk & Audit Readiness: Support audit requests; maintain documentation (agreements, MOUs, compliance artifacts, drawdowns, match tracking).
Team & Vendor Oversight: Lead small internal teams and contractors (writers, designers, event vendors) as needed; manage development and grants budgets.
Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Business, Communications, Education, or related field.
5+ years progressive experience in development and/or grants management, including successful proposal writing and donor stewardship.

Strong writing, editing, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Familiarity with education-sector programs (Title I/II/III/IV, IDEA, 21st CCLC) and Pennsylvania requirements.
