Central City Toyota is seeking an experienced Automotive Painter to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive painting and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality finishes on all vehicle surfaces.
Responsibilities- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and removing old paint.
- Apply primers, basecoats, and clearcoats using spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Mix paints and colors to achieve the desired shades and finishes.
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary touch-ups.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Application of 2 and 3 stage colors
- Proven experience as an automotive painter or similar role.
- Familiarity with various painting tools and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to painting and handling chemicals.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Competitive hourly wage of $22.00 - $28.00, paid weekly.
