CRNAs Needed in Northeastern Indiana - 773

Shifts : 7am - 3pm or 7am-5pm, 8s or 10s

Call : Mix of OR and OB call, call response time is 30 minutes.

Job Type : Locum/Contract

Case Types : Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, General, ENT and OB (VBACs, no high-risk OB). Large volume of general, endo and ortho. 250 deliveries per year, C-Sections are done in main OR.

Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days, but temps are available with a clear background check / malpractice history and unrestricted license.

Special Requirements : ACLS must be through American Heart Association, enrollment in the Indiana PCF is required. Must have case logs with proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks.

EMR : EPIC

Supervision Model : CRNAs work independently, MD on site - little to no supervision

Job Summary : Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Locum CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthetic care across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a locum arrangement while being part of a collaborative and respected medical team.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted Indiana license (RN only).
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, OB, ortho and endo.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS are required. (ACLS must be AHA)
• Flexible schedule with locum contract options.
• Travel Expenses Paid (Flights & Vehicle Rental).
