Senior Manager of Growth & Revenue Strategy
Our client, a growing financial services organization, is seeking an accomplished executive to lead revenue growth initiatives while providing high-level supervisory and regulatory oversight. This leadership role combines strategic business development, sales management, and operational governance within a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and possess the ability to drive expansion while maintaining strong compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies designed to increase revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Lead advisor recruitment efforts, business development initiatives, and relationship management activities.
- Manage sales performance metrics, forecasting processes, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to launch new offerings, enhance distribution channels, and support long-term business objectives.
- Design and oversee compensation, incentive, and productivity programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide supervisory oversight of registered personnel and business activities in accordance with industry regulations.
- Review communications, marketing materials, and business practices to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Support regulatory examinations, audits, risk management initiatives, and corrective action efforts as needed.
- Assist with advisor onboarding, training, operational improvements, and technology/vendor evaluations.
- Serve as a senior resource for complex supervisory, compliance, and business-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is required. MBA or Master's is highly preferred
- Active FINRA Series 24 license
- Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 desired.
- 12+ years of experience in financial services, with proven leadership in a RIA or broker-dealer
- Hands-on experience with FINRA exams and regulatory processes.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for executing plans.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
Working Situation:
This will be a hybrid opportunity with a few days in the office and ability to work from home
