Parts Specialist
Job Type : Full-time year-round
Position Level : Entry Level
Schedule Requirements : Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends , and holidays to meet business needs.
Under limited supervision, oversee the procurement, receipt, and issuance of maintenance supplies for department use, ensuring compliance with Park/corporate policies and procedures. Ensures vendors are paid in a timely manner . Utilize CMMS to input, schedule, and review work orders. All other tasks assigned by management.

Responsibilities:
- Contact supplies, request quotes, and follow through the purchasing process.
- Track expenses by commitment and received.
- Maintain proper inventory of materials utilized daily.
- Order rental equipment as needed.
- Meet with management to discuss budget strategies
- Schedule deliveries.
- Ability to foresee extended lead times and assist with suggesting ways to reduce .
- Commitment to your team by being on time and working scheduled shifts
- Notify supervisor of daily performance or any malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Keep work area clean.
Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined preferred but not required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Expected to report to work consistently, avoid unnecessary absences, and arrive on time.
- Must possess a valid drivers license
