Direct client navigation, resource coordination, outreach events, systems navigation, data and reporting, community partnerships, and education/workshops. Requirements
Passion for community service.
Strong communication & cultural humility.
Comfort with front-facing, in-person environments.
Basic digital literacy.
Ability to travel locally.
Familiar with Lehigh Valley and surrounding counties.
Accept a background check to be performed
