Spring Grove, PA | On-site | Monday–Friday (Flexible Schedule)
Yohe Companies is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager / Office Manager to manage accounting and office operations across multiple family-owned businesses in construction, transportation, agriculture, and real estate.
This is a hands-on role for a self-directed accounting professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working closely with ownership in a growing multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accuracy
- Prepare invoices, estimates, retainage, and prepaid deposits
- Reconcile bank statements and bookkeeping records
- Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and assist with budgeting
- Manage payroll and payroll tax filings
- Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and compliance
- Manage insurance programs, licenses, and fleet registrations
- Maintain company records, policies, and procedures
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Provide limited backup support for scheduling and operations as needed
Qualifications
- Accounting degree or equivalent bookkeeping experience
- 4+ years of relevant accounting or office management experience
- Advanced QuickBooks proficiency (multi-company experience preferred)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Construction, transportation, or multi-entity experience a plus
