South Philadelphia Tap Room is seeking a dependable and motivated line cook to join our team. We’re currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, with immediate need for:
3-4 shifts per week
Mostly dinner shifts, including Friday nights
Position available immediately

For over 20 years, South Philadelphia Tap Room has been a neighborhood mainstay known for creative gastropub fare, craft beer, and warm hospitality. We’re a restaurant that values quality ingredients, teamwork, and consistency.
We operate an open kitchen , so every team member is part of the guest experience — visibility, communication, and professionalism matter. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive kitchen culture. Many of our team members have been with us for years — we’re looking for someone who wants to contribute and grow with us.
What We’re Looking For
Solid experience working grill, sauté, flat top, and fryer stations
Clean, organized, and efficient work style
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and flexibility across multiple stations
Weekend availability is a must

Full-time employees (32+ hours/week) are eligible for:

Kitchen Hours
Brunch: Saturday & Sunday, 11am–3pm
Regular Service:
Mon–Thurs: 12pm–11pm
Fri: 12pm–12am
Sat: 11am–12am
Sun: 11am–11pm
