Compensation: $34.00 - $54.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

• Active PA massage therapist license
• Carry liability insurance.
• Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to recognize your talent, reward your performance, and support your success.

• Base Pay: Earn a base rate of $20$25 per 50-minute classic massage, based on your experience and skill level.
• Commissions & Upgrades: Take advantage of our uncapped commission structure, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings with every service. Upgrade commissions range from $3$9, and our top-performing therapists typically earn an additional $10-$15 per hour through upgrades.
• Tips: Enjoy generous tips averaging 18%25% of the nonmember price. Tips are conveniently paid out directly to you via Zenoti, our secure digital partner. On average, therapists earn $20$30 in tips per base service and even more with upgrades.

Total Average Earnings:

• Full-Time Massage Therapists: Our high-performing therapists typically earn $65,000$88,000 per year, based on 30 service hours per week and individual performance.
• Part-Time Massage Therapists: Our high-performing part-time therapists typically earn $33,000$44,000 per year, based on 15 service hours per week.
