FP&A Leader, Marketing & Public Relations
Onsite 3 days/week
Are you a finance leader ready to shape the future of a dynamic Marketing and Public Relations group? We're looking for an FP&A Leader to join our Finance team as a key partner. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of financial planning and analysis, using your expertise to drive smart decisions and long-term success. If you have a strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), especially supporting marketing organizations, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and Develop Your Team: You'll hire, evaluate, and supervise your team, offering guidance and training to help them grow. You'll set performance standards, review their work, and make informed compensation decisions.
- Analyze Marketing Impact: You'll develop ways to measure, quantify, and forecast the revenue and expenses that come from marketing campaigns. You'll also work closely with senior leaders to refine strategies and boost performance.
- Drive Financial Planning: You'll lead our financial planning, including the annual operating plan and long-term strategic plan. This means setting up reporting frameworks, defining key metrics, and creating methods for product, customer costing, and marketing value models.
- Build Financial Models: You'll create financial models to support both short-term and long-term business decisions, and you'll make sure these models are continually improved. You'll also contribute to client and product pricing strategies.
- Evaluate Investments: You'll develop business cases for new investment initiatives, assessing the market and competitors to guide decisions and offer insights on market trends.
- Oversee Pricing: You'll manage the framework for pricing new and existing products and lead the review and approval process for client fees.
- Special Projects: You'll also jump into special projects and other duties as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: Relevant work experience in financial analysis and supervisory experience.
- Marketing Finance Expertise: Proven experience providing insightful financial analysis for Marketing functions, with a track record of setting up measurement frameworks and tracking the financial value generated by marketing campaigns.
- Education: An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience. A degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred, and a graduate degree is a bonus.
- Certifications: A CPA, CFM, CMA, or other financial designations are preferred.
