IDL Packaging is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Mechanicsburg, PA facility. This role is responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely order fulfillment — particularly for Amazon vendor and FBA-related shipments .

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Oversee Amazon-related vendor and fulfillment processes , including labeling, prep, and compliance requirements
• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff
• Ensure high levels of order accuracy and on-time shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and controls
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with carriers and vendors
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain OSHA compliance
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and efficiency
• Oversee equipment usage and maintenance (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Work closely with operations and purchasing teams to meet Amazon demand
• Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve fulfillment discrepancies

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience
• Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central, FBA, or Amazon compliance requirements strongly preferred
• Background in packaging, logistics, or fulfillment environments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with inventory management systems and WMS software
• Forklift experience and certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
• Proficient with basic computer systems (Excel, shipping software, email)
