Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into the SAP system for accurate and timely processing.

• Prepare accounts payable payments and submit them for required review and authorization.

• Address questions related to payment status and provide resolution as needed.

• Review vendor statements and request any missing or overdue invoices.

• Confirm that invoices meet sales tax requirements and comply with regulations.

• Supply auditors with necessary documentation, schedules, and supporting information.

• Support daily operations to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold schedule and quality standards.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline, OR 5+ years of accounts payable experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience processing 50-100 invoices per day (3-way match) in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

• Experience working with large ERP systems.

• Strong Excel capabilities, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and VLOOKUP.

This is a Permanent position based out of Richboro, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
