Schedule
Part-time, 25–32 hours/week within typical store hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
What You’ll Handle
- Greet, engage, and advise retail and contractor customers; suggest add-on items that make jobs easier.
- Mix, tint, and color-match paint with precision.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and keep the store clean and orderly.
- Load/unload products for stocking, deliveries, and order fulfillment.
- Process orders and payments in person, by phone, online, and via email using the POS.
- Support local delivery requests; training provided to drive a company vehicle.
- Report to the Store Manager and collaborate closely with your team.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license in your current state of residence with an acceptable driving record.
- Proven customer service strengths, team-first approach, and steady employment history.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
- Comfort with physical tasks: stooping, kneeling, crouching; lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs periodically and 50 lbs regularly .
