Position: Part-time Customer Service Representative - Scheduler

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

You will work a consistent part-time schedule from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.

As our Customer Service Representative - Scheduler, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing a seamless and professional experience. You manage the schedule with care and precision, taking incoming calls to book and reschedule appointments and ensuring everyone gets the service they need. You consistently follow up with customers, keeping them in the loop with updates on their vehicle's status. Your communication and organizational skills are key to helping our team run smoothly and efficiently.

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SCHEDULER:

• High school diploma
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer skills in email, Word, and automotive applications
• Ability to speak to customers about their vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cars and repairs
• Moderate computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills/experience in the automotive industry
• Ability to schedule appointments

COMPENSATION:

$15 an hour
