Administrative Assistance
Under general direction, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals and leads less experienced staff.
Works across a multitude of data sources, data bases related to project management, client asset administration and management, information tracking and reporting and other task related to business operations as necessary.
The senior admin has high degree of proficiency in handling, organizing, recording, filing and handling data and information. Good communication skills are required, leadership skill, experience or ability with training and supervising staff are beneficial.
Hybrid or remote work options considered for highly experienced candidates.
