Registered Nurse School Nurse
Exciting School Nurse Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) near you!
- Location: School in Pittsburgh for children with blindness/visual impairment
- Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 pm-11:00 pm OR 11: 00 pm-7:00 am
- Pay: Up to $72,336.00 annual salary + benefits
Registered Nurse (RN) Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct nursing assessments, triage, and provide care for students presenting with acute health concerns.
- Deliver direct nursing services, including medication administration, therapeutic treatments, enteral feedings, catheterizations, suctioning, and other prescribed nursing care as needed.
- Monitor and manage students with chronic health conditions such as seizure disorders, diabetes, and respiratory illnesses.
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
- PA RN license
- Experience working with children
- Experience working with patients with disabilities or visual impairments preferred
