Vision Video and Redeem TV are dynamic Christian media ministries dedicated to producing and distributing films, series, and documentaries that communicate the hope of Christ. For nearly 50 years, we have provided award-winning programming to families and churches, now offering a streaming library of more than 2000 titles. Guided by Scripture and rooted in a Kingdom perspective, we seek to edify, uplift, and inspire audiences worldwide.
What You'll Do as a Nonprofit Marketing Manager:
- Partner with the Executive Director to accomplish organizational vision, goals, and strategy.
- Provide leadership to staff, fostering creativity, collaboration, and spiritual growth.
- Oversee cross-departmental activities to ensure operational efficiency and effective resource use.
- Support financial stewardship through budget input, market analysis, and business-minded decision-making.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to innovative ministry expansions.
- Develop & implement marketing strategies for media releases, streaming services, and print publications.
- Direct creation of promotional and advertising campaigns across email, social media, catalogs, video, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with producers, vendors, and creative partners to deliver high-quality content.
- Monitor market trends and analytics to guide marketing decisions and ensure brand consistency.
- Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events, traveling 2-3 times per year while working full-time onsite with flexibility between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Our Ideal Nonprofit Marketing Manager:
- Experienced: 3+ years in leadership, management, or marketing, ideally in nonprofit, media, or related industries, with business acumen in strategic planning, financial management, and market analysis. A bachelor's degree in business, communications, media, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Servant Leader: Guided by Christian faith and values, modeling humility and teamwork.
- Excellent Communicator: Builds strong teams and partnerships while conveying ideas clearly in writing and speech.
- Passionate & Creative: Committed to faith-based content and the mission of Vision Video, with strengths in marketing, copywriting, design, or videography a plus.
- Adaptive: Flexible and collaborative, able to manage multiple projects proactively.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MailChimp or other email marketing platforms is a plus.

- $65,000-$85,000/year, depending on experience
