Project Support Specialist
We are currently hiring a Project Support in our Program Management Services Division.
The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.
The Project Support Specialist will assist the project and construction teams in managing the paperwork for the projects. This will include documentation and organization of the work packages for the construction teams
Duties:
- Complete and organize documentation for the project and construction teams.
- Assist in managing the material requests for the construction team.
- Assist in organizing and completing the work packages for the construction teams.
- Assist in the closeout and billing for the work completed.
Requirements
- Must have strong computer skills including Office 360.
- Work well within the project team structure while working independently.
- Detail oriented and a self-starter.
- Experience in the utility construction sector preferred.
