Role Summary/Overview
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will empower individuals and families to achieve their homeownership dreams by guiding them seamlessly through the entire mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities
Originate new mortgage loan applications through various channels, including referrals, networking, and self-generated leads.
Consult with prospective borrowers to understand their financial goals and guide them in selecting the most suitable loan products.
Analyze applicants' financial information, credit history, and income to determine loan eligibility and present viable options.
Manage a pipeline of loan applications, ensuring timely and efficient processing from submission to closing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate and compliant advice.
Required Qualifications
Active NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) license with good standing
Minimum of 18 months of recent, successful experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, demonstrating quantifiable loan production results.
Strong understanding of various mortgage products (e.g., Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA) and relevant lending regulations.
Proven ability to build and nurture client and referral relationships, coupled with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for continuous achievement.
Proficiency with loan origination software (LOS) and CRM systems.
