Marketing Content and Campaign Coordinator
Summary:
The Marketing Content and Campaign Coordinator supports the execution of global marketing initiatives by assisting with the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing content across digital and traditional channels. This role contributes to promotional campaigns, website content, marketing collateral, and product-focused articles while coordinating with internal teams and external contributors. The position also assists with market research, audience engagement analysis, and email segmentation to ensure marketing efforts effectively reach and resonate with target audiences. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality marketing content while collaborating across teams to support business growth.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns to facilitate their success in global markets
- Assist in the composition and publishing of online content on the company’s website and social media accounts, video marketing and trade event administrative work.
- Assist in writing marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires
- Create content for web/print ads, email marketing, company newsletters, event handouts, data sheets, etc.
- Write various types of articles on a wide range of topics for product-specific blogs.
- Regular coordination with third party content contributors
- Collaborate with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or relevant field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or writing
- Experience with Google Analytics, editing software, and creating marketing content for web and print
Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Good HTML, CSS and Microsoft Visual Studio skills
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
