Job Title: Experienced Mortgage Loan Originator (Commission-Only)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Mortgage Loan Originators to join our growing team. This position is designed for self-driven professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment and want to maximize their earning potential. As a commission-only originator, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to build your pipeline while leveraging our competitive loan products, operational support, and streamlined processing.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new mortgage loan opportunities through referrals, networking, and personal marketing
• Consult with borrowers to evaluate financial goals and recommend appropriate loan products
• Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process
• Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral partners
• Ensure all loan files meet regulatory and compliance requirements
• Work closely with processing and underwriting teams to facilitate smooth closings
• Stay current with mortgage industry guidelines, rates, and loan programs

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years mortgage loan origination experience
• Active NMLS license (or ability to transfer)
• Proven track record of successfully closing mortgage loans
• Established referral network preferred
• Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and other mortgage products
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
