- 5+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (Home, Auto, Umbrella)
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License
- Strong knowledge of policy processing: renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional products (Home, Auto, Umbrella)
- Maintain accurate and current client files in the agency management system (Epic)
- Gather underwriting information and prepare accurate quotes
- Comfortable with comparative raters and carrier portals
