Job Description

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales department to ensure continued growth and success. This position requires a strong background in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team management. The ideal candidate will have direct sales experience, proven success in managing a sales team, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies that align with company goals. Experience in the home care industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve company objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
• Set, monitor, and evaluate KPIs for individual and team performance.
• Conduct weekly and monthly sales meetings to review progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, clients, and community partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Oversee the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the sales team.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales management or director-level leadership , within home care or healthcare services.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners. Company Description
