SAP BRIM Functional Consultant – FICA

Location: Middletown, PA (Remote with Occasional Onsite Visits)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is hiring an experienced SAP BRIM Functional Consultant with strong FICA expertise to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. This role requires deep functional knowledge of SAP BRIM/FICA processes, integrations, testing, and production support within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP BRIM and FICA solution delivery for enterprise SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Configure and maintain FICA functionalities including payments, collections, dunning, interest calculation, account determination, open item management, and CI/GL integration.
• Lead functional testing activities, review test cases, validate outcomes, and resolve defects.
• Assist with BRIM configurations such as business partner setup, contract accounts, correspondence management, and event framework updates.
• Support data migration and conversion activities including mapping, reconciliation, and open item conversion.
• Participate in cutover planning, deployment readiness, and post-production support activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on BRF+, enhancements, correspondence forms, and third-party payment integrations.
• Maintain project documentation, Azure DevOps updates, functional specifications, and testing artifacts.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, audit controls, and financial reporting standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of SAP BRIM Functional Analyst experience with CI and/or FICA expertise.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong expertise in:
  • FICA Configuration
  • Payments & Collections
  • Dunning & Interest Processing
  • Open Item Management
  • CI/GL Integration
• Experience with BRF+, event framework, and FICA enhancements.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar ALM/project tracking tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP BRIM/FICA experience preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA BRIM Certifications (BR230/BR234) highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM methodologies.
• Experience supporting large enterprise SAP transformation programs.
