Field Supervisor (Bilingual CNA/HHA/DCW – Eastern PA Region) Location: Allentown or Reading, PA (Field-Based Role)Coverage Area: Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Northampton, and Schuylkill CountiesCompensation: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Bi-weekly Pay + Mileage Reimbursement)Employment Type: Full Time – Hourly Position Overview Familiar Roads Home Healthcare is hiring a Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor (English/Spanish) with CNA, HHA, or DCW experience to support our care teams and clients in Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Northampton, and Schuylkill Counties. This is a field-based position. The supervisor may reside in any of the listed counties and will travel regularly throughout the region. Base location may be Allentown or Reading, PA, depending on the candidate’s proximity. You will oversee a team of caregivers, ensure care plan compliance, train staff, and act as a liaison between the field and office teams.
