Your New Role

• Work as a Plumber serving customers in Southampton, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, water heaters, and related equipment

• Complete residential plumbing service and repair calls efficiently and professionally

• Identify plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about their plumbing needs and available solutions

• Follow applicable plumbing codes and workplace safety standards

• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation

• Provide quality workmanship and professional customer service on every call

• Manage assigned service calls and daily schedules efficiently

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service and repair experience

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred

• Strong plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, drains, water heaters, installation, maintenance, and repair

• Ability to independently manage residential plumbing service calls

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license

• Commitment to safe work practices, professionalism, and quality workmanship

• Ability to maintain accurate job records and service documentation

• Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment
