Top-tier US law firm with a market leading City of London office is seeking a highly capable Legal PA to provide a polished support service to busy partners within their renowned Financial Services practice.
• Salary to £50,000
• 12-month fixed term contract
• Hybrid working (4 days in office / 1 day remote
• Annual health assessments, fertility, and enhanced family packages
Legal PA (Financial Services) Key Responsibilities:
• Make travel arrangements and complete travel and expense reports
• Manage lawyers’ calendars
• Monitor professional development requirements for principals
• Liaise with clients, investigating and responding to requests where appropriate
• Manage workflow and coordinate projects with office services
• Maintain and processes client billing
• Handle written and electronic correspondence
Legal PA (Financial Services) Key Skills & Requirements:
• Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience in a law firm
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritise and coordinate work
