Inventory Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory management process across multiple warehouses and distribution centers. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting our dynamic supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor inventory transactions and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage inventory accordingly.
- Utilize ERP system to track inventory movements and generate reports.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Acumatica) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is a plus.
- Turkish language skills is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
