We are now hiring Picker/ Packers who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Picker/Packer Operator Job Summary

• $15.00 an hour

• 8:00am -4:30pm (During 11/24-12/4 7am-7am including Saturdays and possible Sundays)

• Receive work orders and pick items from warehouse shelving or inventory locations according to order specifications (SKU, size, color, quantity).

• Inspect items for damage, defects or discrepancies before packaging.

• Pack selected items securely into cartons, totes or pallets, apply correct labels, barcodes, or shipping documentation.

• Use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems to record picks, update inventory, and confirm order accuracy.

• Move packed orders to staging or shipping areas; may load/unload pallets, push carts or pallet jacks.

Picker/Packer Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience is a plus (but entry-level candidates with strong work ethic are also encouraged).

• Ability to read, follow instructions, use basic computers/handheld devices.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order-fulfillment tasks.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift/move items (up to ~50 lbs or as required), bend, reach overhead and work in a warehouse environment.

• Good time-management skills, reliability, punctuality, ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
