Position SummaryThe facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its thriving and collegial practice in Hershey, Pennsylvania .
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a balanced mix of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to work with an established patient base in a collaborative and supportive environment that values clinical autonomy and work-life balance.

Essential Position ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions in patients of all ages.
Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and other minor surgeries.
Option to perform cosmetic and aesthetic procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and other elective services.
Provide preventive and therapeutic dermatology care in both medical and procedural settings.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Collaborate with physician assistants, nurses, and fellow dermatologists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Participate in continuing education, clinical meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology; eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure.
Experience: Prior dermatology experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Excellent diagnostic, procedural, and interpersonal communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
