General Dentist
Our established, privately owned General Dentistry practice in York, PA, is currently looking for a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. We have proudly served the York community for over 60 years and offer a supportive, patient-centered environment with significant earning potential.
Highlights of the practice for the Dentist:
- Fee-For-Service (FFS) model
- Open to NEW graduates (2025)
- Primarily Adult based care, some pediatric care.
- Current referrals for Periodontics, Wisdom Teeth extractions, and Root Canal treatment
Compensation & Benefits for the Dentist:
- Up to $750 per day or 30-35% of collections, whichever is greater (Amount/% based on experience)
- On-site mentorship, CE allowance, Retirement plan when eligible
- Equity option available and focused Clinical Autonomy for eligible candidates
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Off
- No evenings, Weekends, or On-call
