Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Cath Lab - $3,526 per week

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania.

Job Description & Requirements

The RN (Cath Lab or Cardiac Cath Lab) specializes in working with patients undergoing cardiac procedures in a catheterization lab. During cardiac catheterizations, these specially trained nurses assist the medical team by monitoring the patient’s vitals, assisting with procedural sedatives, assisting doctors, technicians, nurses and the patients.

Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a current state license where they will be working
• ACLS may be required by state/client contract
• Minimum of 2 years critical care or Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 40 hrs/week
• 13 week contract
• 8D (0700 - 1530)(Monday - Friday)
• Call Required - Weekdays call 330pm – 7am next morning, Weekend Friday 330pm through Monday 7am, Rotation varies of call shifts or number of call shift varies.
