Lead Line Cook
Cook and Shaker is seeking a skilled and experienced line cook to join our high performance and fast paced kitchen. We are a neighborhood staple serving elevated comfort food and unique cocktails, and we are looking for culinary professionals who bring precision, reliability, and a commitment to their craft.
This role is ideal for cooks with strong fundamentals who thrive in a fast paced environment and are interested in growing in a supportive and standard driven kitchen. Who we are looking for:- A culinary professional with solid line cooking experience in a full service restaurant
-Someone who is organized, efficient, and detail oriented
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced kitchen while staying composed and focused
-A cook with strong knife skills, prep proficiency, and station management ability
-Able to follow recipes precisely while maintaining quality and consitency
-Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and general kitchen practices
-A team player that communicates clearly and respectfully
-Committed to professional growth and culinary excellence
-Ability to work all stations from fryer to salad to sautee
