Warehouse Stocker, Repack

Position Overview

Our focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices — every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors and communities. As a Stocker / Repack, you will stock selection slots with appropriate quantities of products and replenish as needed to avoid scratches and mis-picks by selectors.

• Earn $19.00 per hour
• Full Time, 1st Shift
• 5 day work week (Saturdays included)

You will contribute by:

• Efficiently opening cases of products and placing them onto designated channels for the A-Frame machine
• Ensuring that all products are properly aligned and positioned for optimal picking by the A-Frame system
• Monitoring stock levels and replenishing channels as needed to maintain continuous operation of the A-Frame machine
• Collaborating with team members to prioritize stock placement and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
• Conducting visual inspections of products to identify any damage or discrepancies and reporting them to supervisors
• Following standard operating procedures for handling and placement of products to ensure accuracy and efficiency

What’s a great way to stay in shape?

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
