Business Analyst/Product Owner

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to add a Business Analyst to support their new mobile experience application. In this position, you will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to define priorities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable solutions. Responsibilities include creating workflow diagrams and process maps to illustrate business and technical processes, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability matrices, and facilitating clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role tracks and manages requirements changes to ensure alignment across teams and serves as a flexible Business Analyst resource who can shift priorities based on evolving project needs.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst - Solid understanding of SDLC

Experience supporting UX/UI projects from the discovery/mockup phase

Well-versed in gathering requirements and writing user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and sprint tracking

Well-versed in requirements documentation, project notes, and other updates

Comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders and senior leadership to translate needs into technical deliverables

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and self-motivated attitude Project management experience
