We're on the hunt for a creative, hands-on Product Engineer who's passionate about turning concepts into functional, market-ready products. This is your chance to make an impact in a growing company where engineering meets imagination.

What You'll Do:

• Design and development of new sunroom and shade products from concept through production
• Improve existing designs for functionality, manufacturability, and aesthetics
• Work closely with manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to bring products to life
• Create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and prototypes
• Research materials, suppliers, and technologies to keep us on the cutting edge
• Conduct testing and quality validation to ensure our products exceed customer expectations
• Support product launches with technical documentation and training

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
• Product development experience (building materials or consumer products a plus)
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing methods (especially aluminum extrusion, vinyl, fasteners), and product lifecycle management
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think both creatively and analytically
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Passion for design, innovation, and making things better every day
