Tel Hai's Meadows Health Care Center is currently hiring Registered Nurses for the following:

• RN Full Time Night 11pm-7:30am, 64 hours/2 weeks (8 shift/2 weeks) Up to $39.50/hour
• RN Weekend Program 7am-3:30pm, work every weekend and receive every 8th weekend off; $600 perfect attendance bonus every 7 weeks - up to $44.75/hour

RN- Registered Nurse responsibilities will include:

• Performs nursing skills and documents within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans; documents care delivery, observations, medications/treatments promptly and accurately.
• Supervises and assists nursing assistants to follow their respective job descriptions. Confer with the Nurse Manager/Supervisor as indicated.
• Responds rapidly and appropriately to emergencies involving residents and staff. This includes independent living resident calls, evacuations, falls, fire alarms and drills, or any other emergency situation.

Requirements:

RN - Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• PA RN License is required however new Grads are welcome to apply.
• Prior long-term care experience is helpful but not required.
