Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Service Manager to lead and oversee our plumbing service department. This role requires a skilled professional who can efficiently manage operations, mentor technicians, and foster strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support plumbing service technicians.
• Oversee scheduling, routing, and technician assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and codes.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the plumbing service department.
• Review work orders, approve job estimates, and support field technicians on complex issues.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, call completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate job costing, materials usage, and invoicing processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients.
• Support estimating and quoting for repairs, replacements, and service projects.
• Ensure timely communication and professional follow-through.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and customer service.
• Assist in developing service offerings, maintenance programs, and department strategies.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of plumbing service experience.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with service management software and basic office technology.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

This is a Permanent position based out of State College, PA.

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
