Our sprinkler service division is currently seeking an Inspection Repair Salesperson.

Primary Objectives of Position:

• Develop new client relationships to increase sales volume in the area of construction managers, property management firms, and sub‐contractors, industrial, commercial and institutional, in accordance with the guidelines as established by the corporation.
• Meet or exceed established goals, develop strategies and organize personal activity to achieve territory short‐range and long‐range business objectives.
• Maintain client relationships utilizing multiple customer engagement strategies to ensure company develops its customer base and increases its sales volume.
• Interpret inspection documents, plans and specifications in order to prepare complete and explicit proposals to accurately define estimated costs.
• Make necessary surveys of buildings and review field instantiation and identify potential challenges to provide necessary information in order to prepare an accurate job estimate.
• Prepare complete and explicit proposals and bid clarifications to provide accurate and detailed scope of work and exclusions.
• Research and determine need for subcontractors: obtain competitive quotations in order to produce a complete and competitive bid proposal.
• Project manage jobs sold, coordinate manpower and materials with the internal team.
• Identify opportunities to expand services by assessing customer needs, evaluating existing fire protection systems, and recommending additional solutions that enhance safety, compliance, and long-term value. Matriculate through training program as outlined by Service Sales Manager.
  

Education and Qualifications:

• 4‐year college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• PC skills; Microsoft Windows and Office
• Must be willing to travel locally to make sales calls
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
