We are looking for multiple Physical therapists to join our practice full time in the Chester, PA. We have 2 openings and are looking for a clinical Physical therapist, as well as a Therapist to be our Director of Therapy. For the Director position, the incoming Therapist must be a DPT, a minimum of 5 years of clinic management experience, some marketing experience, as well as experience with building a physical therapy brand. We have several offices around the greater Philadelphia area and the PT will potentially be rotating through all offices (Upper Darby, Havertown, NE Philadelphia, Philly -Brewery town area, and Chester)

Duties:
-Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
-Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
-Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
-Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
-Compose discharge notes for patients, refer to appropriate outside sources, as necessary
-Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
-Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
-Collaboration with the other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
-Contribute to the development and promotion of the practice
-Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
-Director position- management of the clinical therapy services and overseeing the PTs
-Director position- Marketing the physical therapy brand and building the PT services

Requirements:
-Graduation from an Accredited Master of Physical Therapy Program (DPT for Director Position)
-PT License in PA
-Director position- DPT, a minimum of 5 years of clinic management experience, some marketing experience, as well as experience with building a physical therapy brand.

Schedule:
-Full time

Compensation:
-Director Position $115k per year (DOE)
-Clinical staff -$38/hr
