Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician – University Village | Slippery Rock, PA
$20–$23/hour + Strong Team + Real Work Environment

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician who cares about their work, shows up ready, and wants to be part of a solid, experienced team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle service requests with urgency and quality
- Perform basic carpentry and drywall repairs (patch, paint, turn units right)
- Support unit turns and keep apartments move-in ready
- Maintain common areas and keep the property looking sharp
- Work alongside a seasoned maintenance team that knows how to get it done
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with drywall, painting, and basic carpentry
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time
- Reliable, consistent, and accountable
- Team player — no egos, just work
- Comfortable working in a student housing environment (fast-paced, high-energy)
Compensation & Perks
- $20–$23/hour (based on experience)
