Commission Structure:

• Small projects ($1-3k): 5% commission
• Medium projects ($3-7k): 7% commission
• Large projects ($7-15k): 9% commission
• Premium projects ($15k+): 11% commission
• Bonus: $100 for each upsell service
• Bonus: $150 for repeat customers

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years sales experience preferred especially in home improvement (willing to train the right candidate)
• Comfortable with in-person consultations and estimates
• Reliable transportation for customer visits
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Available for evening and weekends
• Local to Delaware County area preferred

Earning Potential:

• $25k monthly sales = ~$1,750 commission
• $40k monthly sales = ~$3,200 commission
• $60k monthly sales = ~$4,800 commission
• Top performers can earn $5,000+ monthly

Territory:

• Primary focus: Brookhaven, Ridley Park, Media, Swarthmore
• Expansion opportunities in Springfield, Havertown, Upper Darby
• Established customer base of homeowners aged 40-70
• Properties valued $250,000-$600,000

Requirements:

• Independent contractor position (1099)
• Must meet minimum performance standards
• Commission paid after customer payment received
• Professional references required
• Clean driving record
