Conicelli Autoplex is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and can handle multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executive leadership
Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Coordinate with department managers and vendors
Assist with special projects and daily operations
Qualifications:
Previous executive or administrative assistant experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Automotive experience a plus, not required
